About the Book

What inspired you to write this book?

Simply put, I reached a standard what-should-I-do-with-my-life phase and tried to view it through Biblical glasses. I considered what gifts and interests God gave me and how I could use those things to do something constructive. The more I thought about it and studied a Biblical view of vocation, the more I wished I would have had a better understanding of certain things at a younger age. Eventually the thinking, studying and praying led me to decide to write an advice book for college students. College is a fork-in-the-road stage in a person’s life. The more detailed map a person has when they arrive there, the better.
